Crème Fraîche Whipped Cream
Pillowy crème fraîche whipped cream with a hint of tang and sweet vanilla. A versatile dessert topping that’s simple and just lightly sweetened.

- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- ¼ cup sugar or vanilla sugar (more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add heavy cream, crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
Whisk on high until mixture forms soft to medium peaks, about 5 minutes. Taste and adjust sweetening, if desired.
