Peanut Butter Glaze

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

For the peanut butter cookie bar:

  • Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Cream butter and sugars together in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring thoroughly to combine.
  • Add peanut butter; stir in.

  • Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake until golden brown and center is cooked through, about 20-30 minutes.

For the chocolate:

  • When cookie bar is baked, turn the oven off and pull cookies out. Distribute chocolate chips evenly on top and place back in the oven for a couple of minutes, until chocolate is melting.
